TO BE THE BEST....TRAIN WITH THE BEST...TRAIN HARD ...VERY HARD
The goal of coaching is to develop the ‘best you can be on race day’ Triathlete, a person who has the fitness, physical skill, knowledge, focus and confidence to accomplish his or her goals. I focus on the aerobic system, as it is the primary determinant of endurance athletic performance. The aerobic system is the most efficient energy system in the body, and it produces the fewest negative by-products. A highly developed aerobic system can tolerate an enormous load, allowing an athlete to do more work before calling on additional, more fatiguing systems for energy. The end result is greater sustained power and less overall fatigue.

"TO FIT SPORT INTO YOUR LIFE- NOT YOUR LIFE INTO SPORT"
JM Endurance can offer you a personalised training and coaching service from beginner athlete, through to the seriously competitive athlete. Whether it's running a half marathon or tackling the Ironman Triathlon, everyone has their own goals and ambitions, and I can tailor a programme to help you to reach that goal. I have been coaching athletes for three years, and I understand the athlete with a spouse, a partner, a family, a career, a social life, and the importance of making sure all the pieces fit together. I get immense satisfaction from helping any athlete to achieve their goals, no matter the level they choose to perform at.
Jeff has been participating and competing in the sport of Triathlon for 24 years, and since 2000 his focus has turned to endurance Triathlon, mainly Half Ironman and Ironman events. He has finished 14 Ironman races including five in Hawaii.
